Susan Stronach

Who We Are

My name is Susan Stronach and I have run a successful full time practice in North Wales for over 7 years, and hold the University of Wales, Diploma in Counselling. I am proud of the reputation I have established during this time, which is demonstrated by the fact that most of my clients come to me through ‘word of mouth’, recommended by previous clients, or one the agencies I deal with on a daily basis. My practice is located in the village of Deganwy, close to Llandudno in North Wales.

How We Can Help You

As well as my private clients I provide professional counselling services for the following organisations:

  • Child Protection teams in the North Wales counties of Conwy, Gwynedd, Denbighshire and Flintshire.
  • Employment Assistance Programme for MEDRA , BBC Wales, Gwynedd County Council, Bangor University, and the local NHS trust, offering counselling for their staff.
  • BUPA
  • Deganwy and Penrhyn General Practice Surgeries

Confidentiality

I abide by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy code of ethics and have regular supervision by a fully qualified therapist and supervisor. However, in order to keep the highest level of confidentiality, we discuss all cases anonymously. This quality of supervision enables me to work to the highest achievable standards. I also adhere to the N.I.C.E. (National Institute for Health & Clinical Excellence) clinical guidelines.
